As per the acquisition of Quadpack Industries and given its structuring nature, the shareholders of the PSB Industries group wanted to have a stronger involvement in the next stages of the development of the two entities (Texen and Quadpack).
PSB Industries thanks Rémi Weidenmann for it unwavering commitment to refocusing the PSB Industries group on it cosmetics activity, managing the pandemic crisis, and in the new impetus given to the group from 2020 to 2024.
