Diverse roles, shared expertise
At Texen, industrial performance relies on the complementary skills of our teams. Across our manufacturing sites, our technical staff brings our packaging to life. Beyond production, every team – from Sales and Innovation, to Sustainability and HR – supports every stage of the industrial cycle. This diversity of expertise, dedicated to the world’s leading cosmetics brands, is the foundation of our know-how and standards.

Training & development
Learning as a driver of growth
At Texen, we continually invest in developing our employees’ skills. Technical training for industrial roles, management and leadership programmes, tailored pathways built with trusted partners: everyone has the means to progress, whatever their position or experience. In 2025, 72% of our managers were promoted from within. Employees received an average of 19 hours of training, while 16% of our workforce obtained a professional qualification.

Wellbeing & safety
A safe and healthy place to work
No lasting performance can be achieved without the safety and wellbeing of our people. This daily commitment is reflected in a strong prevention culture, our ISO 45001 certification and a Safety Road Map deployed across all our sites. We give the same attention to quality of life at work, a healthy work-life balance and a living wage for every employee, wherever they are in the world. Our desire is for everyone to feel safe, respected and proud to belong to our global team.
